May Day HR Group was founded by Brooke Sullivan, a strategic HR leader and executive coach who helps organizations navigate growth with a people-first approach. She brings clarity, calm, and practical guidance to the moments that matter most.
With expertise in organizational communication, workplace mediation, and leadership development, Brooke partners with founders and teams to build strong, human-centered workplaces that actually work. At the core of her work is a commitment she holds firmly: she will always take a people-first approach.
Her approach is grounded in both experience and rigor. Brooke holds her SPHR and SHRM-CP, is a certified Human Resources Business Partner (AIHR), and a certified DISC trainer. She is also certified in Predictive Index and brings additional training in inclusive leadership, human capital strategy, and Lean Six Sigma, allowing her to blend data, behavior, and business strategy in a way that is both thoughtful and actionable.
She's known for navigating complex situations with ease and helping teams move from tension to trust.
May Day HR Group grows primarily through referrals, allowing for a thoughtful, selective approach and ensuring every client receives the focus and partnership they deserve.
